Join staff from Counseling and Psychological Services for a sleep hygiene workshop called #SleepBetter on Thursday, April 30, 2015, 3-5pm in SUB 1, Room 3011.  Participants will learn about the negative effects of poor sleep and discover how to improve their “sleep hygiene.” Participants will also learn relaxation techniques specifically designed to calm the mind at night and improve sleep quality. This workshop is for students only.
