Monday, April 1st

Pizza Night at the Graduate Student Center, 6:00pm-7:00pm
Join fellow graduate students and the Office of Graduate Student Life for a free slice or two of pizza at the Graduate Student Center (JC 3rd floor, Room 310)! Grab a bite before class, connect with Graduate Student Life and GAPSA, pick up a freebie, and learn about more events scheduled for Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week.

 

Tuesday, April 2nd

Ice Cream Social at the Graduate Student Center, 6:00-8:00pm

All graduate students are welcome to join us for a free ice cream sundae at the Graduate Student Center (JC 3rd floor, Room 310).  Grab a sundae before or after class and connect with fellow graduate students.

 

GAPSA Elections Start at 12pm 

Voting for the Graduate and Professional Student Association’s (GAPSA) Executive Board begins today.  Make your voice heard and select the new leadership to represent the graduate student voice at Mason.

Vote at gapsa.gmu.edu or attend one of the events this week cast your ballot via iPad.

 

Dippin’ Dots & Cookies at Arlington, Founders Hall Plaza, 6:00pm-8:00pm

Wednesday, April 3rd

Graduate Student Center Coffee Break at the Graduate Student Center, 4:00pm-7:00pm
Come join staff from the Office of Graduate Student Life on the first Wednesday of the month for free coffee, tea, bagels, and pastries. Fuel up with caffeine and carbs between classes at the Graduate Student Center (JC 3rd floor, Room 310), meet fellow grad students, and connect with resources.

DeStress Zone Graduate Student Lounge (JC 3rd floor, Room 310), 4:00pm-8:00pm

Come enjoy FREE 10 minute Massages as well as some healthy snacks to help you relax.  Massages will be done on a first come first serve basis and a sign up sheet will be provided starting at 4:00pm.

Free Cupcake for Graduate Students, 6:00pm-9:00pm

Cupcakes Actually, located at Fairfax Corner (11944 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030) will offer a FREE cupcake to Mason Graduate Students. To receive your cupcake you must come by the Office of Student Involvement (The HUB formerly SUB II, Room 2300) show Mason ID to get a voucher for your FREE cupcake. Cupcakes are limited so act FAST! Zero Dark Thirty Showing at JC Cinema 6:00pm & 9:00pm

Office of Student Involvement (OSI) Films is showing the award winning movie, Zero Dark Thirty.  Individuals who would like to bring a guest can stop by the Office of Student Involvement (The HUB, Room 2300) to pick up their voucher for an additional free ticket and snacks to present at either showing starting Monday, April 1st.
